Returns & Warranty

SECTION 1 - Cancellation:
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.


SECTION 2 - Returns(if applicable):
We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No-restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

SECTION 4 - Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@intman-ict.com.


SECTION 5 - Resending(if applicable):
Attention:
Due to customer reasons, our company will charge a certain logistics fee for resending the parcel. E.g, the recipient's address information is incorrectly filled out.

Considering the nature of the products we sell, we want to make sure that our customers are protected and fostering clean, hygienic, and healthy living. We do everything we can to make sure that everything we sell is clean, hygienic, sealed, and has never been directly touched by a human, and also, has never been used before. Once an order leaves our warehouse facility there is no way of verifying that the products within are still new and unused.

To ensure purchase satisfaction, we offer an effortless 30-day return, exchange, refund policy.

1) In the case that an item arrives damaged or is defective, we will replace the item at no cost.

2) If the wrong item was shipped by mistake, Redmond will take the item back and reship the correct product. Returns of items without defect or shipping damage must be unused and in the original packaging.

Please note that return and exchange shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@intman-ict.com and return your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
